Leasehold Advice

I have over 35 years’ experience in advising on many complex issues in leasehold property.

Whilst at Drew Pearce, I built up a substantial residential block management department; this department now boasts a portfolio in excess 25 sites and 600 individual apartments or houses.

I hold a number of “court appointments” where I manage properties on behalf of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)/ LVT. This is a very demanding area of Residential Block Management, which requires a detailed understanding of how these leases work in “real life”.

I have often been asked to advise other managing agents and management companies who need specialist advice on this type of work.

Expert Witness

I have been instructed as an Expert Witness in over 240 cases of litigation covering a wide range of property issues. These have included professional negligence by surveyors, solicitors and accountants, matrimonial proceedings and misrepresentation by sellers on the sale of property
