I have over 35 years’ experience in advising on many complex issues in leasehold property.
Whilst at Drew Pearce, I built up a substantial residential block management department; this department now boasts a portfolio in excess 25 sites and 600 individual apartments or houses.
I hold a number of “court appointments” where I manage properties on behalf of the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber)/ LVT. This is a very demanding area of Residential Block Management, which requires a detailed understanding of how these leases work in “real life”.
